Thursday: Thanks from Mom
Brian here. Mom wanted me to thank everyone who's thinking of her. She also said:
"I figure I might as well keep thinking positive thoughts because they cost just the same as the negative ones."
From the popular web comic MomsCancer.com comes MomsRecovery.com, a daily posting from Mom about life after cancer. Learn how all the characters are doing in their new lives, and share your cancer experiences.

That's right, Mom. A study at UM, published last month indicates:
"Just thinking that a medicine will relieve pain is enough to prompt the brain to release its own natural painkillers, and soothe painful sensations, a new University of Michigan study finds."

There is physical proof that the thought does indeed affect the body.
Keep thinking the good thoughts, your body is listening!
Just know that we are all thinking about you, Mom.
A note to Brian - you and the family are doing a wonderful job updating complete strangers who, really, have no right to this information - only the family's grace. We understand, more than you know, that every update is a gift you give us that you are not obligated to give. Update us only when you have time and feel able. We're not the priority here.
Take care of yourselves while you take care of Mom.

It was nice to see you last week! I hope you are feeling better. I am burried in school work and office work right now. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I will come bye again when I get a bit of time. Sending good thoughts your way!
